DESCRIPTIONIf your company uses ExpenseWire for expense reporting, then this companion application is for you The ExpenseWire mobile application helps you keep track of your expenses on the go by letting you capture receipt images on your mobile device and by sending them directly to your ExpenseWire account.You no longer have to deal with scanners or paper receipts which saves time by further streamlining your expense reporting process.Just ensure your receipt is straight, well lit and in focus when taking pictures of it.Upon logging in your ExpenseWire web app you can navigate to the add receipt icon on any given line item in your expense reports.Clicking this icon will bring up two options: upload receipt image from your desktop or choose from previously sent images from your mobile device.We also recommend that you use simple tags at the time of sending the receipts from your mobile device in order to be able to better identify the images when you are attaching them to your expense line items within your ExpenseWire web application.Enjoy receipt capture on the go NOTE: Some companies may still insist on having employees submit hard copies of receipts.Please check with your company administrator.HIGHLIGHTS: Capture pictures of individual receipts for business expenses as they occur.No more frantic searching through messy crumpled receipts. Add a title to your receipt images so you can identify them easily on the web app. Built in 39;Draft39; mode for offline storage of your receipt images to be automatically sent to your ExpenseWire account upon restoring mobile data connectivity.
