DocTime features a “double” timer that allows providers to capture both the total time of the visit as well as the total time spent counseling or coordinating care for the patient.

DocTime is simple to use and is flexible to service needs and discretion. Simply select the service to be provided and start the first timer - click again to start a second timer when counseling with the patient begins – click again and both timers are stopped. DocTime displays billable levels of service based on time including Prolonged Care units as well as the total time of the visit and the total time and percentage spent counseling and/or coordinating care.
