-Reading Contact Info: App need this to sync friend's info from phone's contacts
-Sending and receiving SMS: App capable of sending wish through SMS.
-Network Access: App needs to sync friends list from Facebook, also needs to send wish through Facebook.
-Start At boot: App needs this to start up the alert service.
