Snugtime? Baby Monitor is a helpful smartphone utility that has been designed to work within a babies' natural sleep cycle. It can be used in variety of on-the-go situations, perfect for the modern family. Effective and simple to use, it outperforms other permanent baby monitors with true mobility and unique versatility. At a friends place for dinner or away on holidays, our app provides a safe & convenient monitoring option for parents and babysitters. Prior to monitoring, the user can customise the settings and when ready, press start and a delay will count down, giving user time to exit the room. Once activated, the device listens for sustained noise, (i.e a baby crying) and places a call to the predesignated number. It also includes a backlight option to assist user finding the device in a dark room. In the full version, the Snugtime? app incorporates unique feature not found in other applications. The Lullaby option can be activated in the settings page and after sustained noise is detected, the app plays a gentle lullaby for 1 minute, which can encourage a baby to back to sleep, giving parents a break, while still safely monitoring their child. After 1 minute the app will continue monitoring and will place a call if necessary. This is a free version with 5 free uses. Please purchase the standard version for unlimited uses. **Disclaimer: This application has limitations and should not replace a conventional baby monitor or constant supervision of your child**
